Whitsunday Escape has the largest cruising area for bareboats in the Whitsundays. The cruising area covers all the popular sights to see, and many beautiful places you probably haven’t heard of – yet!

When planning your trip, keep in mind you will not have enough time to visit everything in a week. Create a shortlist of the places you would like to see and the experiences you would like to have and our team will help you work out an itinerary to see as many of them as you can when we conduct your pre-charter briefing on arrival.
Customers who are new to the bareboat charter experience sometimes wonder if there will be enough to do. Our regular charterers, of course, know that there is so much to do, some things they will do every time they visit, and so many new places to explore. They are happy to keep coming back year after year!

While you are not permitted to take the boats to the outer reef, you are allowed to visit so many of the fringing reefs within the Great Barrier Reef Marine Park. Many people say some of these sites are as good, if not better, than the outer reef itself.
There is certainly bountiful marine life, with hundreds of species of fish and corals to see all around the islands.
