It’s west-facing aspect makes it ideal for an afternoon swim or some sun baking, and for capturing sunsets over the ocean. You might even spot the lights of Bowen on the horizon at night.

Be careful when navigating through Gloucester Passage, as there is a submerged outcrop that extends out from the island at low tide.
