Macona Inlet is a calm anchorage protected from most wind directions. Not as busy as Nara Inlet and is suitable for;

• kayaking
• paddle boarding
• swimming
• fishing

You will find a number of beaches within the inlet to explore.

Be careful when entering Macona Inlet to avoid  outlying reefs that extend quite a distance from the shore.
